What you will be doing:

• Access Lifecycle Management: Process and manage access requests related to new hires, transfers, departures, and special privileges.

• Access Reviews: Execute and coordinate periodic user access reviews.

• Validation: Validate access for regular, privileged, and service accounts.

• Operational Support: Resolve access-related incidents and issues.

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure IT resource access integrity, support internal/external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence, and maintain compliance with established processes and regulatory requirements.

• Documentation: Maintain and update IAM procedures.

• Collaboration: Identify application and data owners to facilitate access validations and certifications; participate in data integration within access management tools.

What you must have:

• Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience (intermediate level).

• Specialized Experience: 2–4 years of specific experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

•  Key Skills

  • Solid understanding of user provisioning and access lifecycle management

  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.

  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization processes.

  •  Understanding of IAM best practices.

  •  Experience in audit, compliance, or internal control environments.

  • Ability to participate in periodic access reviews.

•  Education: College diploma in Systems Technology or an equivalent field.

• Language: Fully bilingual (French and English), written and spoken.
