What you will be doing:

  • Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain role-based learning paths, curricula, learning objectives, and assessments for engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and support user communities.

  • Content Creation: Translate complex technical source materials (e.g., uPerform simulations, process documentation, system demonstrations, and SME input) into effective learning experiences, instructor-led materials, and eLearning solutions.

  • Design Strategy: Create detailed instructional design documents and storyboards to define learning outcomes, sequencing, and assessment approaches.

  • Quality & Standards: Establish and maintain instructional design standards, templates, and quality assurance processes.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach content integrators on course assembly in Articulate 360, ensuring adherence to approved standards.

  • Innovation: Leverage modern technology, including generative AI tools and eLearning platforms, to provide just-in-time learning resources.

  • Maintenance & Localization: Actively update training materials to reflect process changes and validate French translations to ensure technical accuracy.

  • LMS Management: Support the team in managing training content uploads and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS).


What you must have:

  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of instructional design experience, specifically supporting enterprise system implementations, digital transformation programs, or technical learning environments.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, education, or a related field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Greenshot), and Learning Management Systems.

  • Preferred Exposure: Familiarity with enterprise engineering platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens NX, CATIA, ENOVIA, or SAP is a strong asset.

  • Methodology: Expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency-based design.

  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams.

  • Bilingualism: Fully fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
