• Corporate governance

• Mergers & acquisitions

• Secured lending

• Commercial real estate

• Sophisticated corporate/commercial transactions

Opportunity

• Associate would have significant exposure to corporate governance and M&A work.

• Opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions, including 2 deals involving Dragon’s Den associates.

• Strong client base and quality of work.

• Associates are thrown into the deep end and given meaningful legal work rather than being primarily focused on administrative tasks.

Who you must be/What you must have:

• Open to candidates called between 2020–2026.

• Strong interest in corporate/commercial law.

• Someone looking for substantive transactional experience and increased responsibility.

Salary/Rate Range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00
