What you will be doing:
The Project Manager, exercising operating autonomy, applies project management knowledge and subject matter expertise to:
- Provide leadership and oversight to project teams throughout all phases of project execution, offering support and guidance as appropriate.
- Ensure project execution aligns with organizational strategy and business goals.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within their project teams.
What you must have:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects of medium to high complexity and strategic importance.
- Experience leading and motivating project teams.
- Experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience managing project risks and issues.
- Experience and proven record of developing and implement complex project schedules
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Manager, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
- Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Relevant project management experience may be substituted for a degree.
