What you will be doing:

  • Collaboration & Microsoft 365: Administer SharePoint and Teams environments, ensure governance of collaborative spaces, and provide advanced-level support to users and project teams.

  • Identity & Access Management: Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, manage identity synchronization between local and cloud environments, and handle authentication-related incidents.

  • Virtual & Cloud Infrastructure: Administer Azure environments, manage Hyper-V virtual infrastructures, ensure server/VM performance, and maintain automation via scripts (runbooks).

  • Telecommunications: Operate and support Teams telephony (VoIP) and resolve communication-related incidents.

  • Backup & Business Continuity: Oversee backup/restore solutions and contribute to technological resilience and business continuity activities.

  • Support & Operations: Provide support for SAP clients and shared platforms; collaborate with application teams on production deployments.

  • Device & Endpoint Management: Manage corporate hardware lifecycles, licenses, and audiovisual equipment. Utilize Microsoft Intune for centralized management of mobile devices, security policies, and compliance configurations in collaboration with security teams.


What you must have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years in IT infrastructure and network management.

    • Deep experience with Azure services and cloud infrastructures.

    • Strong background in securing enterprise networks.

Technical Skills

  • Azure: Expertise in resource management (VMs, VNets, AKS, PostgreSQL, Storage).

  • Networking: Proficiency in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls; knowledge of network security best practices and monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).

  • Automation: Mastery of scripting tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Automation.

  • Identity: Expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

  • Microsoft 365: Mastery of Teams, SharePoint, and collaborative services.

  • Endpoint Management: Experience with Microsoft Intune for configuration, security policies, and application deployment.
