Nurse Practitioner (NP)
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative healthcare team in a professional clinical setting. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients.

Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions within the NP scope of practice.

Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.

Order, perform, and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.

Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and ongoing health management.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when additional specialty services are required.

Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record.

Follow established clinical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety requirements.

Participate in care coordination and other clinical initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of WA.

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

Current BLS certification.

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient-care priorities.

Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
