What you will be doing:

• Own end-user migration strategy, roadmap, and governance.

• Manage vendor delivery, milestones, resource plans, and contract obligations.

• Coordinate migration wave planning, scheduling, and deployment readiness.

• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational change management, and business readiness activities.

• Coordinate support teams, service desk, hypercare, and escalation processes.

• Manage migration risks, user impacts, blackout periods, and business disruptions.

• Align user migration sequencing with application readiness and dependency requirements.

• Provide executive reporting, decision support, and issue escalation.

What you must have:
Experience

• Large-scale end-user migrations

• AD / Entra / M365 migrations

• Organizational Change Management (OCM)

• Workplace technology programs

• Vendor management

• Executive communications

• Hypercare and deployment leadership
