Base Salary Range: $32.5 - $34.5

What you will be doing:

• Daily leadership of direct reports for process compliance (quality/throughput/safety)

• Process set-up sheet development; mold transfers; fine-tuning machine settings/cycle times; preventive maintenance; customer/supplier liaison; production/shipping reporting

What you must have:

• Hands-on technical injection molding and leadership experience

• 2+ years plastic injection molding experience

• 5+ years mechanical experience

• 2+ years leadership/coaching experience (client open to a current Lead Hand ready for the next step)

Salary/Rate Range: $32.50 - $34.50
