What you will be doing:

• Gather and interpret technical information from multiple sources

• Create explanatory 2D graphics using specific design software

• Produce and edit installation guides and user manuals for new and existing products 

• Maintain and update a body of existing product documentation

• Create and maintain HTML files for help systems and on-line documentation

• Coordinate and collaborate with product teams to deliver content that aligns with business needs and timing

 
 What you must have:

• Demonstrated technical and promotional writing/illustration experience

• Ability to effectively target different audiences and clearly describe complex hardware and software products

• Proficient in the use of desktop publishing illustration software on the Windows platform

• Excellent interpersonal skills: team player, able to deal effectively with people, self motivated

• A strong technical aptitude

• Lifelong learner: not afraid to investigate new topics with minimal guidance 

Salary/Rate: $75.00/hour
