What you will be doing:

• Coordinate PLM and MES initiatives across the organization.

• Lead a complex program within a hybrid environment (Waterfall / semi-agile).

• Supervise systems integration (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, maintenance systems).

• Manage inter-departmental relationships and ensure alignment among key stakeholders.

• Contribute to solution adoption and organizational transformation in collaboration with the change management lead.

• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure overall program objectives are achieved.

What you must have:

• Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT and engineering project management, including at least 5 years managing large-scale programs.

• Domain Expertise: Significant experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

• Program Management: Strong track record managing complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.

• Integration & Transformation: Demonstrated ability to manage system integration and major transformation initiatives.

• Industry Sector: Experience in the manufacturing sector.

• Tools: Advanced mastery of Jira.

• Languages: Full bilingualism in French and English (mandatory).
