Overview: 
The Business Decision Support Professional Level 1 facilitates complex decision-making in support of the design and implementation of business change or improvement initiatives.

What you will be doing:

• Data analytics: Extract, clean, transform, and analyze project performance data from SAP-BW and other systems.

• Performance reporting: Produce standardized monthly/quarterly reports and timely ad hoc analysis.

• Insight communication: Present analytical findings and reporting results clearly to project teams, senior leaders, and other audiences.

• Portfolio processes: Support or facilitate activities such as forecast deep-dive reviews and project releases.

• Process improvement: Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements based on analytical judgment and business needs.

• Reporting automation/standardization: Develop repeatable reports and processes that improve efficiency.

• Process documentation: Document the team's operational processes and analytical activities.

• Technology partnership: Work with the Technology Business Unit to ensure the underlying systems supporting Portfolio Management reporting are delivered and maintained for on-demand data access.

• Problem solving: Independently resolve moderately complex issues within the role's authority, escalating or seeking input on more complex matters.

• Team support: Assist senior team members and Team Leads as required.

• Power BI experience is a must have requirement.

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline 

• Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken

Salary/Rate Range: $49.00 -$60.00 per hour


Term: 12-month contract; most likely to extend
