Job Opportunity for WA licensed Attorney with Mid-Sized Full-Service Firm

Job Description

• Law and motion
• Respond to & propound discovery
• Take & defend depositions
• Make court appearances, argue motions
• Any trial or large arbitration experience a plus (not req'd)

Requirements

• WA licensure
• Construction defect experience
• Articulate and well-written
• 1800 billables

Compensation

• $130k - $190k base salary DOE
• Mid-year performance reviews for potential salary increase
• Year-end performance-based bonus potential
• Bonuses available for exceeding billables
