What you will be doing:

• Define and communicate a clear vision for SAP integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.

• Maintain and continuously evolve the SAP integration roadmap based on business priorities and evolving needs.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders, project teams, and IT teams.

• Translate needs into clear, prioritized user stories in collaboration with solution and integration architects.

• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.

• Lead a team of functional analysts and SAP integration developers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Support the team in delivering robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).

• Contribute to team capacity planning and delivery scheduling.

• Collaborate closely with architects, functional analysts, project teams, and operations teams to ensure consistent delivery.

• Manage dependencies between SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA) and external systems.

• Ensure the quality, performance, security, and reliability of SAP integrations.

• Drive continuous improvement in integration practices and the adoption of Agile and DevSecOps approaches.

What you must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical Product Owner (hybrid experience as SAP Lead / PO / Business & Functional Analyst accepted).

• Demonstrated experience managing dependencies between SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA) and external systems.

• Experience participating in the implementation of an SAP product roadmap.

• Strong Agile experience with concrete examples of Product Owner tasks.

• Experience managing an SAP product backlog or equivalent combination of relevant experience.

• Proven ability to deliver high-level presentations on project progress and product evolution.

• Experience working in enterprise environments with over 10,000 employees.
