Pick up a few shifts or build a regular rotation. Day and overnight shifts are both open, so you can fit this around your current schedule.

The Role

• 12-hour emergency and urgent care shifts, days or overnights
• Triage, stabilization, and case management for walk-in and referred emergencies
• Handoff and referral to on-site specialty services when indicated
• No surgical or dental procedures required

• Privately owned and operating in South Florida for more than 30 years
• Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
• Full in-house diagnostics including digital radiology, CT, and ultrasound
• ICU led by a board-certified criticalist
• Experienced, credentialed technician support on every shift

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an AVMA accredited program
• Active and unrestricted Florida veterinary license
• Active DEA registration
• Emergency or urgent care experience (required)
• Comfort managing a fast-paced caseload over a 12-hour shift
• Professional liability coverage (PLIT or equivalent)
