Overview:
Locumly is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for an upcoming locum tenens coverage opportunity in West Texas. This assignment offers a consistent daytime outpatient schedule covering select weekday blocks through the end of the year and into early January. It is an ideal role for an autonomous clinician looking for a manageable, short-term practice commitment.


What you will be doing:

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care services to outpatient individuals and families.

• Conduct routine health evaluations, physical exams, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans, order appropriate testing, and manage prescriptions.

• Maintain a manageable daily pace seeing approximately 15 to 20 patients per day.

What you must have:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

• Active Texas state NP license.

• Active DEA registration and BLS certification.

• Clean background and malpractice history.

• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.

Other Information:
Schedule & Setting

• Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic setting.

• Shift Schedule: Standard Monday through Friday coverage, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

• Coverage Dates: Select multi-day blocks scheduled across late December and early January.
