Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) 

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with strong phlebotomy skills to support a busy healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing both clinical and administrative support while delivering excellent patient care.

Schedule

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week

• Monday through Friday

• 8-hour shifts

• Shift may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and other phlebotomy procedures safely and accurately

• Obtain and document patient vital signs

• Room patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures

• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures

• Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

• Prepare and stock examination rooms and clinical supplies

• Follow infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality standards

• Provide professional and compassionate service to patients

• Assist with additional clinical and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential preferred

• Phlebotomy experience and strong blood-draw skills required

• Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or ambulatory healthcare setting preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team

• Comfortable working a flexible 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
