What you will be doing:

Define and maintain brand positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and brand architecture for both Re-Bath and Monarch Kitchens, and ensure all consumer-facing creative -- national and local -- is brand-compliant.

Manage the national advertising fund funded by franchisee marketing fees: allocation strategy, media mix, campaign investment, and transparent performance reporting (spend, CPL by channel, lead volume by market).

Own national consumer demand-generation campaigns across paid, digital, social, and broadcast, and brief Managed Services so local media aligns with national positioning.

Own creative development and production, the creative asset library, and agency relationships.

Own rebath.com and the Monarch consumer website -- content, UX, SEO, conversion -- and the consumer research and brand-health tracking function.

Lead the Monarch Kitchens brand-launch playbook, taking a new brand to market, and build franchise -development marketing collateral that helps each brand attract and sign new franchisees.

Manage the Franchise Advisory Council - National Marketing cadence and competitive-intelligence reporting.

Deliver against the company's annual and long-term strategic and financial goals, advising executive leadership on marketing trends, new technology, and growth opportunities.
What you must have:

8+ years in brand and/or consumer marketing with a demonstrated record of driving lead generation; 3+ years leading teams.

Deep experience across paid media, digital, creative production, and brand management.

Experience managing agencies and sizeable media budgets; franchise or multi-location experience a strong plus.

Track record building multi-channel campaigns at a national level and across multiple markets to support local lead generation.

Advanced analytical skills -- reads the data and acts on it -- paired with creative instinct and a collaborative style.

Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required.
