Overview:
We are looking for a Full-Time Civil Litigation Paralegal. Position available with an established, reputable Sacramento law firm.


What you will be doing:

• Provide support to law firm partner

• Review litigation documents

• Legal research, pulling specific case law from WestLaw

• Prepare and update legal binders

• Draft documents (i.e., discovery, motion for summary judgment, etc.)

What you must have:

• Strong litigation background

Salary/Rate Range: $38.00 -$42.00/hr DOE


Other Information:

• This is a temporary position slated to last about one month, with possibility for extension and/or conversion into a permanent salaried litigation paralegal position. The interview process is streamlined to one round.

• Attire is business casual

• *Only candidates in the Sacramento area with civil litigation experience will be required
