An established, nationally expanding plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team. Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury litigation matters.
* Develop case strategies and guide clients through the litigation process.
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
* Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials.
* Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.
* Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
* Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients.
* Lead and collaborate with legal support staff to move cases forward efficiently.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
* Active Arizona Bar membership in good standing.
* Five or more years of attorney experience preferred, with a background in personal injury litigation or insurance defense.
* Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
* Demonstrated leadership and a client-focused approach.
* Additional licenses in New Mexico, California and/or Colorado are a strong plus. California license = can negotiate more money
* Bilingual skills are a plus.
