An established, nationally expanding plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team. What you will be doing:

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury litigation matters.

• Develop case strategies and guide clients through the litigation process.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.

• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and represent

• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients.

• Lead and collaborate with legal support staff to move cases forward efficiently.

What you must have:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

• Active Arizona Bar membership in good standing.

• Five or more years of attorney experience preferred, with a background in personal injury litigation or insurance defense.

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Demonstrated leadership and a client-focused approach.

• Additional licenses in New Mexico, California and/or Colorado are a strong plus. California license = can negotiate more money

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
