An established, well-regarded small animal practice on the Virginia Peninsula is adding an associate veterinarian to its team. This practice is known for taking good care of its doctors and is flexible on scheduling for the right veterinarian.

What you will do
- Provide wellness, preventive, and sick care for dogs and cats
- Perform exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Perform dentistry and routine soft tissue surgery
- See walk-in urgent cases as part of general practice
- Communicate clearly with clients and build lasting relationships
What the practice is looking for
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Active Virginia veterinary license, or eligibility for licensure
- Dentistry and basic surgery experience preferred
- USDA accreditation for health certificates is a plus
- Experienced veterinarians and recent graduates are welcome to apply
