Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Architect for a fully remote contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading healthcare organization. This position will lead the design, architecture, and integration of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions while collaborating with development teams, business stakeholders, and technical leadership.

What you will be doing:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

• Lead technical architecture, integrations, and platform enhancements.

• Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with security and enterprise architecture standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

What you must have:

• 7+ years of application development experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience.

• 5+ years of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD experience.

• 2+ years of technical team leadership experience.

• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Flows, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• U.S. citizenship required, with eligibility for a Department of Defense background investigation.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.

• Salesforce OmniStudio experience.

• Healthcare or government contracting technology experience.

Salary/Rate Range:

• Standard locations: $69.00-$73.25/hr

• Higher geographic differential locations: $76.50-$80.25/hr

Other Information:

• Fully remote within approved U.S. hiring states.

• Opportunity for permanent conversion after a minimum of 90 days.
