What you will be doing:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and discovery meetings.

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for application, infrastructure, and development teams.

  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, application support teams, vendors, and technical resources.

  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Develop and maintain business process maps, workflows, functional specifications, use cases, and supporting documentation.

  • Support enterprise application initiatives, upgrades, and technology transformation projects.

  • Coordinate activities with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Support testing, validation, implementation, and change management activities as required.

  • Work collaboratively across multiple business units while supporting operational initiatives and project delivery.

  • Assist with application support activities and enterprise technology initiatives as needed.


What you must have:

  • 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology initiatives.

  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

  • Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and business process documentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to bridge business processes, application support, and technical teams.

  • Experience working across multiple enterprise systems and diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional documentation discipline.

  • Experience coordinating with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work independently with minimal supervision.
