Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend required

Open to 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, depending on candidate availability

Available shifts include:

AM: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

AM – 12 Hour: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
-
PM: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Qualifications
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA – REQUIRED
-
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in:
-
Long-Term Care (LTC)
-
Acute Care
-
Home Care – candidates with primarily home-care experience may be considered based on the strength and relevance of their background

Current and active CNA certification
-
Strong patient-care, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
-
Dependable and comfortable working an every-other-weekend rotation
Responsibilities
-
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
-
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding
-
Obtain and document vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
-
Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation while maintaining patient safety
-
Support patients with personal care and comfort needs
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Follow established infection-control, safety, and patient-care procedures
-
Communicate effectively with nurses, patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team

Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced CNA with at least two years of hands-on clinical experience who is comfortable providing direct patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates with strong LTC or acute-care experience are preferred. Home-care experience may be considered for candidates whose background demonstrates the clinical skills and patient-care experience needed to succeed in the position.
