What you will be doing:

Screening individuals from our Hotel Database.

Managing the Project Pipeline
-
High level problem solving in collaboration with multiple departments

Manages interaction with customers (showroom associates-mainly project teams, architects, and designers) and Outside Sales team members via phone and email regarding project inquiries and escalated problem resolution.

Project Sales duties, administrative duties, sample and literature requests for designers and architects’ coordination, project quoting, and project order processing.

Managing the CRM system related to projects

Supporting the Inside Sales Manager.

Performing other related duties as assigned.

An associate degree or a combination of professional administrative assistant office experience.

Three to five years of experience in a professional role in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Project Sales or Administration.
