Overview:
A leading public-sector project team is seeking four experienced Systems Analysts to support a critical implementation of the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team on a large-scale ERP initiative. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site work one day per week in Austin.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and perform detailed fit-gap analyses

• Mapping data and processes to legacy systems and third-party interfaces

• Performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing

• Supporting documentation, training, and system enhancement efforts

• Working within a structured Agile framework to deliver updates and resolve issues

What you must have:

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2

• Deep expertise in the implementation of Accounts Receivable and Billing modules

• Strong knowledge of system integration, business process analysis, and data mapping

• Proven ability to coordinate with large, distributed teams

• Experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams

• Preferred: Experience with Texas CPA CAPPS, PeopleSoft AWE, SharePoint, Jira, Scrum, and STAT
