What you will be doing:
Short Term

  • Work with Delivery leaders on capacity and project planning.

  • Support with executing against the existing delivery backlog, with the implementation and configuration of SaaS products, following current implementation processes

  • Assist with the validation and reconciliation of the data ingested against customer-provided reports

  • Work towards the longer term goal of developing an internal platform to support SaaS product implementations and operations

Long Term

  • Lead the design, development, and evolution of a scalable internal platform to support SaaS product implementation and operations.

  • Manage and mentor a team of platform engineers, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

  • Collaborate with data and product engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define platform capabilities and roadmap.

  • Ensure platform services are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance and maintainability.

  • Abstract infrastructure and data engineering complexity to enable faster delivery by business and analytics teams.

  • Champion best practices in software development, CI/CD, observability, and automation within the team.

  • Drive continuous improvements in platform usability, documentation, and onboarding for internal users.

  • Monitor platform usage and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization or enhancement.


What you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software or platform engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.

  • Experience building internal platforms, developer tools, or data infrastructure in a SaaS or cloud-native environment.

  • Strong CICD mindset with experience with at least 1 CICD tool and process (ie: Github Actions etc.)

  • Solid understanding of modern data stacks and data engineering principles.

  • Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization, and orchestration (e.g., Docker).

  • Ability to develop tools and interfaces such as API and other aspects to bridge business and. Technology.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Passion for creating intuitive, reliable, and developer-friendly systems.


Salary/Rate Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
