What you will be doing:

• Develop the project charter with input from Project Team Members, Business Owner(s), Project Sponsor(s) and other stakeholders.

• Including clearly defined framework and project approach.

• Develop the project governance framework.

• Develop the project schedule from initiation to go-live.

• Produce the project management plan, including resource, risk, scope, and cost.

• Perform project management processes as per DTO standards at the organization.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field.

• Project Management Professional designation is preferred.

• Experience working within the BC Post-Secondary Sector is highly preferred.

• Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and

• credibility among diverse stakeholders’ groups.

• Strong facilitation skills for decisions to be made swiftly.

• Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts practices, and deliverables, including system development lifecycle methodologies.

• Exceptional MS Office skills.

• Experience working on a digital transformation project.
