Overview:
We're seeking two Business Analysts to support technology innovation projects that directly impact day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in gathering user stories, refining documentation, and enhancing project planning and execution through Agile practices.


What you will be doing:

• Gather and document themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with agency standards

• Convert existing use cases into actionable Jira user stories

• Analyze current process documentation and recommend improvements for operational efficiency

• Support development teams and project leads in planning and predictive modeling

• Participate in QA and project development discussions to support delivery

What you must have:

• 4+ years as a senior-level Business Analyst in IT or related field

• 3+ years working with Agile methodologies

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience documenting use cases

• Experience in process mapping and documentation
