What you must have:

• JD/LL.B. degree from an accredited law school

• BC and/or AB call

• At least 5 year call

• Experience in employment and labour legal practice; human rights and privacy experience desirable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional research and analytical abilities

• Proficiency in legal drafting and document review

• Advocacy experience in court, tribunal, ADR

• Ability to manage files independently and on budget, and to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Salary/Rate Range: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00
