Overview:
A leading manufacturer of advanced electrical equipment is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support production optimization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the manufacturing environment.

What you will be doing:

• Troubleshoot complex electrical assemblies and full-system production issues.

• Drive improvements in quality, safety, cost, and on-time delivery.

• Standardize manufacturing processes and develop performance metrics.

• Support capital equipment planning and implementation.

• Develop and refine work instructions for assembly and testing.

• Participate in design-for-manufacturability efforts for new products.

• Improve workflow efficiency, material utilization, and labor productivity.

• Create training materials for production staff.

• Provide technical support to Quality for product issue resolution.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

• 5–8 years in electrical or electromechanical manufacturing.

• Strong analytical background; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

• Knowledge of SMT, through-hole, IPC-610, and ISO-9000.

• ERP experience; SAP preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

Salary/Rate Range: $90,000–$105,000
