What you will be doing:

• Global M&A practice handling routine engagements to complex and transformational transactions

• Global reach, deep bench, and industry-specific expertise

• Assembles high-quality teams to execute on business objectives of a diversified client base

• Focused on client goals with broad global deal experience

• Anticipates and works through transaction challenges in an evolving global environment

• Advises on shareholder activism

• Helps plan for and overcome antitrust challenges

• Navigates dynamic regulatory regimes

• Provides advisory services including board counselling, capital markets, ESG, executive compensation, leveraged finance, and tax-related advice globally

• Builds diverse teams including deal makers, industry veterans, former government lawyers, and litigators

• Delivers pragmatic and commercial advice to support clients at every stage of their life cycle

What you must have:

• Seeks highly qualified associates

• Requires a minimum of two full years of experience in mergers and acquisitions

• Experience must include company representation and strategic acquisitions

• Associate class: 3rd through 6th year

Salary/Rate Range: $235,000.00 - $390,000.00
