What you will be doing:

• Manage the company’s accounting and tax processes, including general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance.

• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors on statutory audits and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.

• Support preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP 

• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, and Operations, to ensure proper reporting and compliance across global entities.

• Supervise and develop accounting staff, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

 
What you must have:

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting and tax 

• Experience with statutory audits and tax filings

• Working knowledge of US GAAP 

• Experience managing and training an accounting team 

• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite ideally) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
