What you will be doing:

  • Write creative briefs grounded in audience, category, and cultural insight.

  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Product, and Research to identify whitespace and tensions.

  • Develop messaging frameworks and campaign platforms that hold across channels.

  • Synthesize qualitative inputs (interviews, reviews, social listening) with quantitative inputs (performance data, attitudinal research).

  • Present strategy to leadership in a way that makes the creative easier to sell.

  • Pressure test concepts against the brief and the business goal before they leave the building.

 


What you must have:

  • 5 plus years in brand or creative strategy at a brand, agency, or studio.

  • A track record of briefs that produced work you are proud of.

  • Strong writing, with the ability to express ideas tightly and persuasively.

  • Comfort with both performance data and ethnographic-style insight.

  • Confident facilitation and presentation skills.
