Overview:
This role serves as the lead engineer for global network-related technologies and operational success. Reports directly to the SVP, Infrastructure Operations. This role includes mentoring and leading a small offshore network engineering team. Highly hands-on position focused on enterprise infrastructure, operational stability, security, and modernization initiatives.


What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 8+ years of progressive enterprise network engineering experience

• Proven experience serving as a senior or lead network engineer within a global organization

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Arista switches and wireless access points

  • Fortinet firewalls and security solutions

  • Meraki infrastructure

  • Cisco ISE or comparable network access control platforms

  • Cisco networking technologies

• Deep understanding of:

  • BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, TACACS, RADIUS, VPN technologies, SD-WAN, enterprise Wi-Fi design/troubleshooting, and packet capture/inspection tools

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud networking and hybrid cloud connectivity

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and documentation skills

  • Experience leading projects and influencing technical direction
