What you will be doing:

Lead the preparation and comprehensive review of SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K), including ownership of key disclosure sections such as cash flow statements, and ensuring accuracy through detailed tie-outs and disclosure checklists

Lead technical accounting research and prepare formal position papers for complex or non?routine transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP Manage and participate in special projects as assigned

Manage accounting and reporting related to the Company’s 401(k) plan, including coordination of annual audit requirements

Review lease contracts and evaluate accounting positions based on ASC 842
-
Support the monthly and quarterly close process related to lease accounting, including reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations

Maintain and enhance disclosure controls and procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of external reporting

Support SOX compliance efforts, including control design, execution, and documentation related to external reporting
-
Partner with FP&A, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to gather and validate information for external disclosures

Support SEC reporting systems (e.g., Workiva), including document management, workflow coordination, and XBRL tagging review

Participate in implementation and testing of new technologies and transformation/efficiency projects

Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on SEC reporting and technical accounting matters

Possess strong SEC reporting and US GAAP technical knowledge

Proficiency with Workiva (Wdesk) or similar reporting tools
