Oveview:
Our client is seeking a Facilities Associate to support daily facilities operations and maintenance activities across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with building maintenance, facilities, or general handyman experience who enjoys problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Perform preventative maintenance and general building repairs
- Troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on facility projects
- Track maintenance activities and work orders
- Support inventory management and supply ordering
- Assist with facilities projects and site improvements
- Travel between company locations as needed
What you must have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or handyman experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and facility layouts
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Nice to have:
- Customer service experience
- OSHA or safety training
- CMMS experience
- Multi-site facilities experience
Salary/Rate Range: $23.06 - $25.60 per hour
