Oveview:
Our client is seeking a Facilities Associate to support daily facilities operations and maintenance activities across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with building maintenance, facilities, or general handyman experience who enjoys problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment.


What you will be doing:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and general building repairs
  • Troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors on facility projects
  • Track maintenance activities and work orders
  • Support inventory management and supply ordering
  • Assist with facilities projects and site improvements
  • Travel between company locations as needed

What you must have:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or handyman experience
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and facility layouts
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Nice to have:
  • Customer service experience
  •  OSHA or safety training
  • CMMS experience
  • Multi-site facilities experience

Salary/Rate Range: $23.06 - $25.60 per hour
