What you will be doing:
- Stakeholder Engagement & Workshop Support: Facilitate and coordinate planning sessions, consultations, workshops, and governance meetings across the company, Service Providers, and vendors.
- Documentation & Governance: Develop, maintain, and update project charters, roadmaps, status reports, risk/issue registers, dashboards, and audit documentation.
- Operational Readiness & Change Management: Support frontline staff training coordination, adoption planning, and go-live activities for casino service providers.
- Tool Administration: Maintain project delivery and collaboration tools including SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare executive-ready presentations, track budgets/forecasts, analyze project progress, and document operational impacts and decisions.
What you must have:
- Experience: 3–5 years of recent, significant related experience in a project-oriented role (preferably in technical or technology-enabled environments).
- Education: Degree or diploma in Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline, plus industry training.
- Tools Knowledge: Working knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Core Competencies: Strong skills in project coordination, facilitation, risk/issue tracking, written/verbal executive communication, and change management.
Salary/Rate Range: $50.00 to $75.00 per hour
