What you will be doing:

Content Development: Develop, update, and maintain technical and non-technical training materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, user guides, quick reference materials, presentations, and communications.

eLearning Creation: Create, revise, and maintain eLearning content using Articulate and related instructional design tools.

Project Support: Support training and readiness activities across multiple projects by helping the internal team with training deliverables, documentation, coordination, and learning administration.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, vendors, Service Providers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather training inputs, clarify requirements, validate content, and resolve questions.

LMS Administration: Administer and support learning activities in SuccessFactors (or similar LMS), including course setup, user account support, learning records, and mailbox-based intake processes.

Document Management: Maintain organized training files, source materials, version-controlled documents, and learning assets in SharePoint or approved repositories.

Quality & Standards: Review, edit, format, and quality-check training and communication materials to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with BCLC standards.

Tracking & Reporting: Track training-related tasks, risks, issues, decisions, questions, completion status, and readiness activities.

Proactive Solutions: Identify training gaps, documentation needs, or dependencies, and work across teams to find solutions and support successful implementation.
What you must have:

Experience: Significant and recent experience in technical training, learning development, instructional design, or learning administration. Experience in a technical, technology-enabled, casino, gaming, or operational environment is preferred.

Education: Degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience in adult learning, instructional design, business, technology, communications, or a related discipline.

Tools & Software:
-
Proficiency in Articulate (or similar eLearning development tools).

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office, SharePoint, collaboration tools); experience with Copilot/AI tools is an asset.

Experience with SuccessFactors or similar LMS.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Professional.

Skills: Strong technical writing, editing, documentation, version control, and organizational skills. Excellent stakeholder coordination, communication, and self-management abilities

Salary/Rate Range: $63.00 - $83.00 / hour
