What you will be doing:

• Define, document, and implement development best practices (norms, standards, templates) for AI and software development.

• Support end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/analytical solutions.

• Improve engineering practices, including code management, CI/CD, automation, and documentation.

• Manage the industrialization of AI solutions, transitioning from prototype to production.

• Advise on technological orientations, architectures, and tool selection related to AI.

• Implement practices for responsible AI, including security, compliance, governance, and risk management.

• Document deliverables, decisions, and lessons learned to ensure autonomy and reusability.

What you must have:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in software development and/or corporate AI/analytical solutions.

• AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and/or language models.

• Core Competencies: Understanding of security, confidentiality, governance, and risk management frameworks within AI.

• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to exercise strong technical leadership and propose improvements for existing solutions.

• Languages: French (5/5) and functional English.

• Process: Knowledge of Agile processes within a DevOps work cell.
