What you will be doing:

• Leadership and Governance: Lead end-to-end modernization, establish governance structures, facilitate committee meetings, and report on project status, risks, and budget.

• Agile Delivery Management: Oversee project execution via Agile principles, manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and team velocity, ensuring successful functional delivery.

• Vendor and Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison with external software engineering partners, coordinating across development, architecture, QA, DevOps, security, and integration teams.

• Stakeholder and Change Management: Mobilize business leaders, subject matter experts, and IT/SAP teams; lead organizational change, communication, UAT, and training activities.

• Risk, Budget, and Resource Management: Develop project plans, manage budgets and resource forecasting, mitigate risks/dependencies, and align project scope with business priorities.

• Deployment and Transition: Coordinate cutover planning, deployment, stabilization, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer to support teams.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in managing complex software development or application modernization projects.

• Bilingualism (Required).

• Significant experience in delivering enterprise-scale Agile projects.

• Experience managing vendors, consulting firms, and system integrators.

• Expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary business and technology teams.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud environments, DevOps, CI/CD, and API integrations.

• Experience with SAP or integrated ERP environments (major asset).

• Understanding of AI-assisted software development practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.

• Certification (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is an asset.
