Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst, Business Change Support for a 6-month contract with a world-renowned manufacturing client based in North Vancouver. This role plays a key part in supporting business change initiatives, system implementation, and end-user adoption across multiple operational releases. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and Organizational Change Management (OCM), the Business Analyst will focus on training readiness, material development, and instructor-led training delivery.
What you will be doing:

Training Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain role-based training assets including presentations, facilitator guides, user guides, job aids, and practical exercises.

Instructional Delivery: Personally facilitate and deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led systems training to frontline, operational, and shoreside stakeholders.

Change & Business Readiness Support: Collaborate with the OCM team to support seamless transitions, hypercare activities, and stakeholder readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

Process & System Impact Analysis: Monitor evolving business processes, system functionality, and validation activities to ensure training materials remain accurate and up-to-date.

Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate learner populations, training schedules, attendance, and delivery logistics with business leaders and the OCM Change Lead.

Adoption & Feedback Tracking: Track completion, gather end-user feedback, identify learning/adoption gaps, and recommend remediation or post-go-live support.
What you must have:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business change support, systems training, business analysis, or learning delivery within technology implementation projects.

Training Execution: Proven hands-on track record of developing and personally delivering instructor-led systems training to diverse user groups.

Adult Learning Principles: Solid understanding of instructional design and practical adult learning techniques.

Adaptability & Learning: Ability to quickly master unfamiliar systems, business processes, and evolving solution requirements.

Communication & Facilitation: Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel locally to operating locations for in-person training delivery.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience training frontline, operational, or shift-based workforces.

Exposure to ERP, workforce management, payroll, scheduling, or operational systems.

Experience supporting multi-release or phased technology deployments.

Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, L&D, HR, or equivalent practical experience.
Salary/Rate: $74.00
