Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality clinical support in an employee health clinic. The LPN will work closely with healthcare providers and the clinical team to deliver efficient, patient-centered care to employees in a professional outpatient setting.
This position is ideal for an LPN who is comfortable working independently, enjoys building relationships with patients, and has strong clinical and organizational skills.
Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to employees in an onsite health clinic.

Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, medications, and presenting concerns.

Assist healthcare providers with examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures.

Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as ordered and within LPN scope of practice.

Perform specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and other routine clinical procedures as needed.

Support patient triage and communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate provider.

Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, preventive health, and follow-up care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR EPIC).

Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and other aspects of patient care as directed.

Maintain exam rooms, clinical supplies, and equipment to ensure the clinic is prepared for daily operations.

Follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.

Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience and continuity of care.
Qualifications

Current and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.

Current BLS certification.

Previous experience in primary care, family medicine, occupational health, employee health, urgent care, or another outpatient clinical setting preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.

Comfortable working in an employee health environment with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Ability to work the full schedule outlined above.
