Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care / Occupational Health

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative onsite health clinic. This provider will support patients ages 2 and older and should bring strong clinical experience across primary care, acute care, and occupational health.

Clinic Schedule

  • Monday-Tuesday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

  • Wednesday-Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Lunch: 30 minutes

  • Administrative Time: 30 minutes at the end of each day

Patient Care & Scheduling

  • Patient population includes ages 2 and older

  • Epic EHR

  • Standard office visits are scheduled for 30 minutes

  • Annual physicals are scheduled for 45 minutes

  • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and follow-up care based on patient needs

  • Manage both routine and acute healthcare concerns within the provider's scope of practice

  • Collaborate with other onsite healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes

Provider Qualifications & Expectations

The ideal provider will have:

  • Nurse Practitioner licensure and appropriate board certification

  • Clinical knowledge and experience in primary care, acute care, and occupational health

  • Experience caring for a broad patient population, including patients age 2 and older

  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Ability to independently manage a variety of healthcare needs while collaborating effectively with the broader clinical team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Epic preferred

  • A commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care

An additional Nurse Practitioner is onsite, providing opportunities for clinical collaboration, consultation, and shared patient support.

Assignment & Training

The selected provider is encouraged to begin training prior to the current provider's maternity leave to allow for a smooth transition and continuity of patient care.

The provider may have the week of December 21 off, if desired.
