Job Title: Business Analyst

What you will be doing:

• Gather requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA

• Map as-is / to-be processes and document gaps

• Facilitate workshops with ministry staff, developers, and vendors

• Support integrations, data migration, and reporting (including PowerBI)

• Support UAT, test cases, and training materials

• Help with knowledge transfer so the ministry can maintain the system after the contract

What you must have:

• 3+ years as a BA defining and documenting business needs, including Agile product work and executive-ready materials

• 3+ years working with mixed stakeholders (executives, developers, vendors, end users)

• 3+ years supporting quality, UAT, and go-live readiness

• 2+ years communicating with stakeholders across business units

• Hands-on Agile / JIRA experience

Salary/Rate: $105.00/ hour
