What you will be doing:

• Business Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications and technical roadmaps.

• System Configuration: Customize and configure SuccessFactors to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices, process consistency, and seamless system integration.

• Testing & Validation: Conduct testing and validation of configurations and functionalities to ensure solutions meet end-user requirements.

• Support: Analyze and resolve functional issues for end-users.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding system configurations, features, and integrations.

What you must have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical discipline.

• Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience with SuccessFactors.

  • Approximately 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.

• Technical Skills: Strong ability in problem-solving and identifying/resolving technical and functional issues.

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Languages: Fluency in both French and English is required.

• Qualities: A proactive team player with enthusiasm, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.
