What you will be doing:

• 10 years plus years physical design experiences (not account other fields like logic design, CAD etc.

• Strong design concept of EDA implementation on chip.  The EDA experiences on Cadence is must-have.

• Strong timing concept for chip design and design timing closures are required.

• Both chip top level and block level physical design experiences are required.  Has hierarchical floorplan experiences will be plus.

• Low power concept and debugging skill are necessary for this position.

• EM/IR check, debugging and fixing will be part of jobs for this position.  This will include power grids verification as well.

• Automation scripting in TCL or Python are important skills.

• Physical verification is part of routing works, so basic process concepts are required.

• Some experiences on physical design methodology and flow setup are preferred.  This position will be involved in advanced flow evaluations.

• Other experiences related to physical designed, like PDK managing or foundries’ tapeout process are plus.

Salary/Rate Range: $180,000.00 - $230,000.00
