What you will be doing:
Build autonomous agent systems

• Architect agents that read enterprise documentation, plan implementations, call APIs, and promote tested changes.

• Design hierarchical planners and multi-agent coordination with shared scratchpads and guardrails.

• Operationalize LLM + RL research into production systems that deliver measurable impact.

Engineer learning & reliability:

• Design RL / preference optimization loops that optimize business outcomes, not token loss.

• Build evaluation suites simulating real customer change requests, compliance checks, and regression risks.

• Implement sandboxing, deterministic replays, and rollback strategies for safety and auditability.

Bridge research and production:

• Create data pipelines, synthetic task generation, and reward modeling for agent fine-tuning.

• Integrate structured decoding, retrieval, and tool use orchestration into a cohesive reasoning stack.

• Collaborate with customers to turn messy tickets into automated, validated, documented changes.

Shape technical culture

• Define standards for agent evaluation, experiment hygiene, dataset versioning, and reproducibility.

• Lead design reviews, share failures openly, and help build the foundation for autonomous enterprise AI.

Salary/Rate Range: $180,000.00 - $215,000.00
