What you will be doing:

• Helps clients raise billions of dollars each year through all forms of securities products

• Serves issuers, private equity investors, and investment banks in major global financial centers

• Consistently ranked at the top of league tables for volume and value of work

• Recognized for thought leadership and innovation in capital markets

• Pioneers new deal structures and capital markets solutions

• Has guided clients in accessing public markets through direct listings

• Develops alternatives to raising funds in debt and equity capital markets for funding strategic investments and acquisitions

• Advises on capital raising across jurisdictions, borders, and industries

• Navigates complex and overlapping securities regulations

• Supported by the “National Office,” a centralized team of former SEC senior officials and capital markets lawyers in Washington, D.C.

• Provides real-time advice on securities and listing issues

• Advises on IPOs, derivatives, high yield bonds, and direct listings

• Partners with clients across sectors on complex transactions

• Continues to support clients’ growth through the firm’s global platform after capital raising is complete

What you must have:

• Seeks a highly qualified associate

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in capital markets and/or public company representation

• Associate class: 3rd through 6th year

Salary/Rate Range: $235,000.00 - $390,000.00
