What you will be doing:

• Design new solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow diagrams, studying system capabilities as well as writing functional and system design specifications.

• Gather data and integration requirements

• Ensure adherence to Data Governance policies

• Complete enhancement requests for corporate applications

• Foster and develop a collaborative relationship with team, users, and stakeholders.

• Through continuous improvement, ensure business systems used within the entire functional area are configured, maintained, and enhanced to support effective business processes.

• Perform application incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, change management and closure.

• Produce and maintain current technical, functional design and analysis documentation using industry standard tools.

• Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new application functions.

• Identify, prioritize, manage, and incorporate the needs of multiple divisions and operating bases.

• Provide orientation and training to end users.

• Ensure end user documentation is updated.

What you must have:

• Minimum of five years full-time experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role

• Passionate about process and change. You know the positive impact IT can have within a business and want to champion that change

• Skilled analytical and problem-solving abilities, is organized and follows a systematic method of performing a task

• Experience with project management and business analysis

• Experience with Oracle platform, an asset

• Experience with Workday, an asset

• Experience with Salesforce, an asset

• Experience with PowerBI

Salary/Rate Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
